in negotiations over the transfer of

Marcus Rashford

this summer.

Mundo Deportivo

, who have on Wednesday provided an insight into the situation.

Frontman Rashford of course spent last season plying his trade in Catalunya’s capital, on loan from the aforementioned

Barcelona secured a purchase option as part of the deal, worth a fee in the region of €30 million. In the end, however, the Blaugrana opted against activating as much, to instead pivot focus towards the addition of Anthony Gordon.
