moved quickly in the summer transfer window by signing Saibari during the World Cup – and they were likely pleased with that decision after the versatile Moroccan attacker made a strong impression with three goals before injury cut his tournament short.

Having racked up19 goals and nine assists in 37 games for PSV last season, Saibari is set to add even more firepower to Bayern's already dangerous attack. Capable of playing as an attacking midfielder, on the wing or as a striker, he also provides valuable versatility to Vincent Kompany's squad.

Bayer Leverkusen have said goodbye to a club legend and key member of the side that won the German double in 2023/24, with Alejandro Grimaldo leaving the club to join Atlético Madrid.

Die Werkself would have preferred to keep hold of Grimaldo, who scored 30 goals and provided 45 assists in 145 appearances for the club, but ultimately allowed the 30-year-old left-back to fulfil his wish of returning to his native Spain.

RSC Anderlecht →

Hoffenheim pulled off a major coup by beating competition from a number of top clubs to secure the signing of highly-rated Belgian youngster Nathan De Cat.

Despite turning just 18 this week, the promising central midfielder has already made 53 appearances for Anderlecht's first team, contributing four goals and five assists.

Borussia Mönchengladbach → RB Leipzig (€20m)

In a transfer that was already announced months ago, Rocco Reitz has joined RB Leipzig from Borussia Mönchengladbach, leaving fans of his former club hugely disappointed.

The energetic central midfielder will now look to take the next step in his career, competing for a place in Leipzig's midfield alongside the likes of Assan Ouedraogo and Nicolas Seiwald.

RB Salzburg → Borussia Dortmund (€19.5m)

A tall, powerful and quick centre-back, Gadou has arrived to strengthen Borussia Dortmund's backline.

The 19-year-old prodigy is expected to go straight into the starting XI and will be greatly welcomed, especially given the injury that will keep Nico Schlotterbeck out at the beginning of the season.

Werder Bremen → SC Freiburg (€12m)

Backhaus has decided to swap the No. 1 role at Werder Bremen for a similar position at SC Freiburg, arriving to replace Noah Atubolu, who has expressed his desire to leave the Breisgau club this summer.
